Refund Policy

Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as (private & group) coaching and implementation or strategy consulting service packages.

Consulting Packages
Payments for consulting services are non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all dues paid are retained by Patrick Conley Marketing Automation, LLC and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client within 30 business days.

Ebooks and Digital Products
If you are unhappy with a digital product within 30 days of purchase, please contact us with with your purchase details within 30 days of your purchase and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds will be processed within 21 business days.
